Today, the area is known for industrial-chic art galleries, Art Basel groupies, interior design headquarters, cutting-edge contemporary skyscrapers, and world-class shopping. Within this diverse district lie four distinct neighborhoods: Wynwood, with its craft breweries, local bakeries, artist communities and graffiti-embossed walls; Midtown, Edgewater (which is the eastern side, on the water and home to some of the most amenity-rich, new condos like Paraiso Bay, Gran Paraiso, Icon Bay, Biscayne Beach is considered one of the most cutting edge and trendy areas for young professionals and elite. This is where so much of Miami happens! There are endless opportunities for some of Miami's best food, from Michael's Genuine, Ghee, Kyu and always new additions of chef-centric, delicious food always popping up daily.





Upper East Side

Miami's Belle Meade is one of the several communities found within the area of the Upper Eastside which encompasses a large section to the west of Biscayne Bay. If you explore the south section of Belle Meade you'll find the Bayside District section while the northern portion is the home of Belle Meade Island. As you explore Belle Meade real estate you'll have the option of choosing one of the inland Belle Meade homes for sale or you can opt for a waterfront residence that also comes with a boat dock so you can sail off and explore the cerulean waters.
