Venetian, Sunset, Star, Hibiscus & Palm Islands

Welcome to

Venetian Islands

The Venetian Islands are a chain of islands in Biscayne Bay near Miami Beach. The islands are San Marco Island, San Marino Island, Di Lido Island, Rivo Alto Island, and Belle Isle. They are all connected by the Venetian Causeway which is often a favorite route to jog, ride bike, walk dogs and take a stroll. The islands offer the residents a residential feel still within minutes of South Beach and Downtown.

Homes on the Venetian Islands are a mix of waterfront homes and dry lots. They are in a variety of styles and many of the homes on the water have boat docks and generous lots. It is not uncommon for homes to run in the millions and a number of notable celebrities call the Venetian Islands home, making it a highly desirable locale.

Sunset Islands

The Sunset Islands consist of four islands that are just off of the island of Miami Beach. Homes are either dry lot or waterfront and offer unobstructed bay vistas and gorgeous sunset views, for which the island is named.

Most of the waterfront lots have boat docks and sit on generous lots. Each of the four islands feature a range of architectural styles of homes from old world appeal and Mediterranean classics to modern sophistication and avant-garde, all with their own unique allure. These islands are all guard gated and contain homes that are well over one million in starting price.

Living on the Sunset Islands you're just minutes away from Miami Beach's famous Art Deco district and world-renowned streets like Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue and Washington Avenue.

Star Islands

Star Island is not only coveted for its supreme, unspoiled waterfront location and limited amount of residents, but also for its’ privacy. It is just off of MacArthur Causeway and is only accessible by one bridge and the island is home to a number of international celebrities as well as Miami's wealthy elite. This ultra-luxury community offers contemporary and classic estates for the rich and famous.

Its’ homes have incredible views of South Beach, the Miami skyline, and the Biscayne Bay. Many of the homes have boat docks and residents enjoy large lots and easy access to Downtown Miami and South Beach as both are under ten minute drives. The Miami International Airport is under 20 minutes for those commuting by air. This island is one of the most elite islands in Miami and real estate runs in the tens of millions on average.

Hibiscus Islands

Hibiscus Island is a man-made island located in Biscayne Bay, in the city of Miami Beach. Hibiscus Island is slightly north of Palm Island and is considered one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Miami and is accessible via the MacArthur Causeway.

Hibiscus Island has a rich history, beginning with the financial crash in the early 1930's, Palm Island became the winter home of such notables as Al Capone and Richard Nixon. They built various waterfront estates on Palm and Hibiscus Island and many of these estates were restored to their full glory during the real estate boom of the last decade. Palm and Hibiscus Island are guarded 24 hours a day and have a central park with basketball, tennis, and a playground. It has some of the most highly regarded real estate in Miami and is highly sought after.

Palm Islands

Palm Island is part of a triumvirate of luxury islands off of Miami Beach including Star and Hibiscus Island. Palm Island, similar to its’ illustrious neighbors, also features a mix of stunningly extravagant and luxurious waterfront mansions that reach up in the tens of millions in value and come with any amenity in the current imagination and beyond.

Palm Island offers a diversity of homes in classic Spanish Architecture to Traditional Colonial homes in a number of price brackets depending on whether the homes are waterfront or dry lot. It has a community park with basketball, tennis, and handball courts, and childrens park and it is not uncommon to see families out until dusk. Palm Island lies just moments from Miami Beach and also has it own gated entry.
