Research¹ published by Realtor.com at the end of May found at least one key demographic is actually more motivated to buy in 2025. And that’s millennials. A quarter (23%) of millennials surveyed for Realtor.com® said they were planning to buy a home in the next six months—up from 15% in September 2024—despite the ongoing “lock in effect” of current mortgage rates.
